done999 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Eligibility

To register and use a done999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. done999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any attempt to register by a person under 18 will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion programme or have previously requested exclusion from done999 or similar gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting in a professional or commercial capacity for the purposes of sports betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic advantage play that exploits platform pricing or bonus structures.

done999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending review. This is not optional — it is a firm platform requirement that we take seriously.

02 Account Registration

Each player may hold one active account only on done999. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, done999 will close all but one account at its discretion, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. done999 will not be liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep these credentials secure.
• You must notify done999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You may not transfer, sell or otherwise make your done999 account available to any other person.
• done999 may require you to update your account details at any time to ensure ongoing accuracy.

Account registration on done999 is free. There are no charges for opening or maintaining an account in good standing.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on done999 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). done999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, conventional bank transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your financial institution. done999 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. done999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• done999 may delay or decline withdrawal requests pending verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any funds deposited via a payment method that is subsequently disputed, charged back or reversed will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of associated balances.
• done999 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

done999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, cashback deals and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to your account balance or a separate bonus balance as specified per offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated with each offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• done999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will govern that bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Evidence of collusion, abuse of bonus structures or systematic exploitation of promotional offers will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• done999 may exclude specific games from contributing to wagering requirements. Contribution rates for different game categories will be specified in each promotion's terms.

05 Game Play Rules

done999 offers four main game categories: Slots, Fish Games, Sports Betting and Bingo. Each category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes on done999 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of sports betting, by actual match results. done999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a bet or game round is confirmed and submitted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your stake before confirming.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or game error during a round, done999 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be verified as complete, stakes may be returned. Winnings from incomplete rounds where game integrity cannot be confirmed will not be paid.
• done999 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred in sports betting markets, or where a game malfunction has affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface.

For Sports Betting specifically: Cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series are available throughout the cricket calendar. Football and Esports markets are also available. All sports betting results are determined by official match results from the governing body of the relevant sport. In-play betting markets close according to the rules of each specific market as displayed at time of placing.

06 Responsible Gaming

done999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming on done999 should always be a form of entertainment — something you choose to do for fun, within a budget you can comfortably afford to lose. It should never be treated as a way to generate income or recover previous losses.

• done999 provides deposit limit tools that allow you to cap your daily, weekly or monthly deposits in PKR. These can be activated through your account settings at any time.
• Session time reminders are available to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion options allow you to take a break from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on done999. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and further action as appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using someone else's payment details or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or any artificial means to interact with done999 games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors in a deliberate or systematic way.
• Attempting to launder funds through done999 accounts — depositing funds from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them is a serious offence.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing done999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing account access or using another person's account credentials.

done999 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual activity patterns. Accounts flagged for investigation will be suspended pending review. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, done999 reserves the right to permanently close the account and retain any balance as compensation for damages caused.

08 Privacy & Data

done999 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, verification, transactions and platform use. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with applicable obligations and improve the done999 platform experience.

• done999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed securely through the relevant payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank partners) and is not stored in full on done999 systems.
• done999 may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data done999 holds about you and to request corrections where data is inaccurate.

09 Liability

done999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and game integrity, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times.

• done999 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device incompatibilities or third-party service disruptions beyond our control.
• done999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors that cannot be verified.
• done999's total liability to any individual player for any verified platform error shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in the affected round or transaction.
• done999 does not guarantee any specific outcome from gameplay. All games involve risk and players may lose their deposited funds. Gaming should only be undertaken with money the player can afford to lose.

10 Account Termination

Either you or done999 may close a done999 account, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting done999 support. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal following completion of any applicable verification requirements. Accounts with active bonuses subject to wagering requirements may have those bonuses voided upon closure request.
• done999-initiated closure: done999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in prohibited conduct, fails identity verification, or where continued operation of the account is considered a risk to the platform or other users.
• In cases of account closure due to breach of terms, done999 reserves the right to retain any balance as compensation, particularly where the breach has caused financial harm to done999 or other players.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity procedures as communicated to the account holder.

11 Amendments to These Terms

done999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, done999 will notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details held on account. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.
